Zleeping Hotels is owned by the Norwegian investment company Braganza, headquartered in Oslo, and owned by Per G. Braathen.

Malmo AviationAB, Dyrepark Kristiansand AS and Ticket Travel Group AB are the company's largest single investments. A larger proportion of Braganza's operations are locatedin Sweden.
